I have always thought of life as a series of paths and when we come to a fork in the road we decide which path to take. Luckily--or is it fate--I have mostly chosen the right path. I can sure relate to the singing, as I'm another who cannot carry a tune, and like you, life and opportunities led me in a different direction, and ultimately to writing and then to publishing.
